Our jewelry is crafted with the utmost care. To keep your jewelry in the best possible condition, we recommend taking the following precautions:
We advise storing your ReLovedOnes jewelry in a place where it cannot easily be scratched or damaged. When storing your jewelry, make sure the pieces do not rub against or scratch other jewelry.
To maintain the beauty of your ReLovedOnes jewelry, polish it regularly using a soft cloth. Cleaning can be done with a soft toothbrush, water, and a small amount of mild soap. After cleaning, rinse the jewelry thoroughly with water and dry it with a soft cloth. Never clean your jewelry with chemicals or abrasive polishing cloths.
Discoloration of silver jewelry can be influenced by skin type and the use of cosmetics. We recommend putting on your jewelry only after lotions, creams, and perfume have been fully absorbed by the skin.
It is best to keep your jewelry away from water. Therefore, we advise removing your jewelry before exercising or swimming, and before using perfume, hairspray, soap, or lotion.
Warranty & Legal Conformity
All of our jewelry is covered by statutory warranty.
This means that a piece of jewelry must meet what you may reasonably expect, taking into account the materials used, the price, the type of jewelry, and the information we provide prior to purchase.
What is covered by the statutory warranty?
If a piece of jewelry shows a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal use, wear and tear, or improper handling, you are entitled to:
free repair, or replacement
If repair or replacement is not possible or reasonable, a (partial) refund may be issued.
Within 12 months of purchase, the burden of proof lies with ReLovedOnes. After this period, the customer may be required to demonstrate that the defect was already present at the time of delivery.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The statutory warranty does not cover:
normal wear and tear
discoloration caused by contact with water, perfume, cosmetics, or cleaning products
damage caused by impact, dropping, or careless use
damage resulting from modifications or repairs carried out by third parties
Care & Use
To extend the lifespan of your jewelry, we recommend the following:
remove jewelry before showering, exercising, or sleeping
avoid contact with perfume, creams, and cleaning products
store jewelry separately and in a dry place
Damage resulting from failure to follow these care instructions is not covered by the warranty.
All ReLovedOnes jewelry is carefully and thoughtfully packaged in a box or small bag to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. Each piece is placed in a protective box and securely wrapped to prevent damage during transport. Our packaging is designed to be elegant and discreet, making it perfect for gifting or for preserving your jewelry once received.
Returns
Would you like to return an item? You can register your return online via our return link. After registering your return, you can drop off the package at a PostNL service point.
Please follow the simple steps below to register your return:
Register your return shipment using your tracking number and postal code.
Select a reason for return.
Choose a PostNL service point.
Confirm the return shipment.
Print the return label and attach it to the box or packaging.
Make sure to include the original packing slip inside the box or packaging. This is important so we can process your return correctly.
Drop off the package at the selected PostNL service point. Keep the shipping receipt until your refund has been completed.
If you are trying to register your return via our online return link, please make sure you enter your Track & Trace code together with your postal code. The Track & Trace code was sent to you when your order was shipped.

Once we have processed your return, you will receive a confirmation from ReLovedOnes acknowledging that your return has been received. We will refund the amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after processing your return.
Please note that we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you have provided proof that the products have been sent back.
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically receive the goods.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
We kindly request that you return the goods as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed ReLovedOnes of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. The deadline is met if the goods are returned before the 14-day period has expired.
