Estimated Delivery Time
Our delivery time consists of two key stages:
1. Processing Time
Once your order is placed, our team carefully reviews, approves, and packs your items within 1–3 business days. After this, the parcel is prepared for shipment.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery takes 15–20 business days
personalized items may take longer then regular items beacause of the precize work we need to do.
Please note that delivery times do not include potential delays at customs. During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday, New Year’s), shipping may take longer than usual.
Shipping Costs
At Relovedones we offer free shipping on all orders.
This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage during transit — so your purchase is protected from the moment it leaves our warehouse to the moment it reaches your door.
