This website is operated by ReLovedOnes. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to ReLovedOnes. ReLovedOnes offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including but not limited to browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or content contributors.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any services.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and/or changes to our website.
Article 1 – Definitions
Cooling-off period: The period within which the consumer can make use of their right of withdrawal.
Consumer: A natural person not acting in the exercise of a profession or business who enters into a distance agreement with the entrepreneur.
Day: Calendar day.
Ongoing transaction: A distance agreement relating to a series of products and/or services, the delivery and/or purchase obligation of which is spread over time.
Durable data carrier: Any means that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information directed to them personally in a way that allows future consultation and unchanged reproduction of the stored information.
Right of withdrawal: The possibility for the consumer to withdraw from the distance agreement within the cooling-off period.
Entrepreneur: The natural or legal person offering products and/or services to consumers at a distance.
Distance agreement: An agreement concluded between ReLovedOnes and the consumer as part of an organized system for distance selling without simultaneous physical presence.
Means of distance communication: Any method that can be used for concluding an agreement without the consumer and ReLovedOnes being in the same place at the same time.
General Terms and Conditions: These General Terms and Conditions of ReLovedOnes.
Article 2 – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within a 30-day cooling-off period without giving any reason. During this period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care. If the consumer makes use of the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned along with all delivered accessories and, if reasonably possible, in the original condition, following the reasonable instructions provided by ReLovedOnes.
Article 3 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from ReLovedOnes and to every distance agreement concluded between ReLovedOnes and the consumer. Before a distance agreement is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions shall be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated where the terms can be consulted and that they will be sent free of charge upon request.
If the distance agreement is concluded electronically, these terms may be provided electronically in a way that allows them to be stored on a durable data carrier. If specific product or service terms apply in addition to these general terms, the most favorable provision for the consumer shall prevail in the event of a contradiction.
If one or more provisions of these terms are invalid or void, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Any invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
Article 4 – The Offer
If an offer is subject to a limited duration or specific conditions, this will be explicitly stated. All offers are non-binding. ReLovedOnes reserves the right to modify or update offers.
The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. Images used represent the products truthfully; however, slight color variations may occur. Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind ReLovedOnes. All images and specifications are indicative and do not entitle the consumer to compensation or contract termination.
Each offer contains sufficient information for the consumer to understand their rights and obligations, including:

Article 5 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded upon acceptance of the offer by the consumer and compliance with the stated conditions. Electronic acceptance will be confirmed without delay.
ReLovedOnes may assess the consumer’s ability to fulfill payment obligations and may refuse an order or impose conditions if justified. Upon delivery, ReLovedOnes will provide relevant information in writing or on a durable data carrier.
All agreements are subject to product availability.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing products, the consumer may cancel the agreement within 30 days without giving any reason. This period begins the day after receipt of the product.
The consumer must notify ReLovedOnes within this period and return the product within 30 days after notification. Proof of return may be required. Failure to meet deadlines results in the purchase becoming final.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer. Refunds will be issued within 30 days after receipt of the returned product or proof of return.
Article 8 – Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for:

custom-made or personalized products

clearly personal items
-
products that cannot be returned due to their nature

perishable or expired goods
-
products subject to market price fluctuations

newspapers and magazines
-
sealed audio, video, or software products once opened
-
sealed hygiene products once unsealed
Article 9 – Pricing
Prices will not be increased during the offer period except for VAT changes. ReLovedOnes is not obliged to honor incorrect prices resulting from typographical errors.
Article 10 – Compliance and Warranty
Products comply with the agreement, specifications, and legal requirements. Defects must be reported within 30 days. Warranty does not apply if products are altered, improperly used, or repaired by third parties.
Article 11 – Delivery and Execution
Orders are processed within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. In case of delays or unavailability, the consumer will be informed and may cancel the order. Refunds will be issued within 30 days.
Article 12 – Ongoing Transactions
Consumers may terminate agreements of indefinite duration at any time with a maximum notice period of one month. Fixed-term agreements may not be automatically renewed unless legally permitted.
Article 13 – Payment
Payments must be made within seven working days unless otherwise agreed. Incorrect payment details must be reported promptly.
Article 14 – Complaints Procedure
Complaints must be submitted clearly within seven days after discovery. ReLovedOnes will respond within 14 days.
Article 15 – Governing Law
All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law, even if the consumer resides abroad.

This Privacy Policy describes how ReLovedOnes collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit or make a purchase from the website. Information may be shared with Shopify as our payment processor.
