Return Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and unworn.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order number or confirmation email) must be provided.

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized or custom-made items, such as bracelets or necklaces containing a photo projection, engraved text, or any other form of personalization.

  • Items that have been specifically created or customized at the customer’s request.

For these personalized products, refunds are not possible, as they are made exclusively for you and cannot be resold.

This does not affect your statutory rights in case of a manufacturing defect or non-conformity.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within  14 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will resolve it as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
